As the name suggests, the Diezephe Craft Village is a handicrafts and handloom village. The Tenyimei community is the primary inhabitants of the village who are known for their excellent craftsmanship. The craft village is popular for its deft woodcarving, bamboo work and other forms of handicrafts and handloom. Diezephe Craft Village is located 13 kilometres from Dimapur and is well connected by tourist taxis and state transport buses. Here, not only are the artworks displayed, but the process of making them are also openly shown to the tourists. The craft village is managed by the Nagaland Handloom and Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited. 
 

Rangapahar Reserve forest is famous for its plants variety which is of great medical importance and hence, conserved here for future use. Apart from this, one will find a variety of animals in this place which can only be found here. The variety of birds too is unique to this reserve and attracts many bird watchers to visit this place. Tourists can find deer, bear, chitals, wild goat and many other animals in this reserve. There are many endangered species conserved in this reserve which are rarely seen by any one and are on the verge of extinction.
 

Several waterfalls adorn the beautiful hills of the Chumukedima village, an ancient village near Dimapur which is now being promoted as a must visit tourist attraction. Located 14 kilometres from Dimapur city, Chumukedima village lies on the foothills of the Naga Hills. Chumukedima had served as the first headquarters of the then Naga Hills District under the British rule in the early 19th Century. The tourism department of Nagaland, with the idea of promoting the area has created a tourist village on top of the hill from where the entire city of Dimapur and some parts of Karbi Anglong district can be clearly seen. It is located 8 kms away from the National Highway.
 

A holiday without shopping can never be a satisfying or a fulfilling trip. Dimapur doesn’t disappoint tourist as a shopping destination too. Ruzaphema is a shopping paradise especially for people looking for traditional artefacts of the Nagas. Located 5 kilometres from Kohima on the Dimapur-Kohima Road, Ruzaphema has a lot stored in its small gullies and bye lanes. The colourful streets are filled with the essence of Naga culture. The exquisite collection of traditional Naga attire, shawls and other accessories fill the bazaar. Interestingly, most of the things found in Ruzaphema are produced by the booming cottage and handicrafts industry of the state mainly sustained by the women.
 

Located in Seithekima village and as the name says, these three glistening water streams trickling down from a height of 280 ft to a natural pool looks stunning. The area is maintained by the tourist department of Nagaland. Apart from throbbing hearts of the tourists with its miraculous panorama, the triple falls also serves as an exquisite spot for trekkers. This beautiful three tier waterfall is believed to merge into a natural pool.
