Noori Chamb is a beautiful place popular for its natural surroundings and a waterfall. Located at a distance of around 45 kms from Poonch, this place is linked with the famous Mughal Emperor Jahangir. It is said that he used to like this place so much that he named it after his dear wife Noor Jahan as Noori Chamb. On the way Kashmir, the Mughal queen used relax here and take a bath in the waterfall. She also got a mirror fixed near the waterfall whose remains are still there.
 

Girgan Dhok, also known as the Valley of Seven Lakes is situated at a distance of around 70 kms from the town of Poonch. Tourists visiting Pooch must make sure to see this beautiful and amazing valley having seven lakes namely, Katorasar, Nandansar, Neelsar, Sukhsar, Gumsagar, Kaldachnisar, and Bhagsar. The valley is positioned at an elevation of around 12000 ft from sea level in the Buffliaz Belt. The biggest lake here is Nandansar, which are around 1 mile in length and half a mile in breadth. Visitors come here in a large number to witness the scenic beauty of the place.
 

Gurudwara Nangali Sahib is located on a hill and on the banks of Drungali Nallah at a distance of 7 kms from Poonch. It is considered as one of the oldest Sikh shrines in northern India for Sikh community. The Gurudwara is visited by thousands of devotees throughout the year. The Gurudwara was built in 1803 by Thakur Bhai Mela Singh Ji, who was the fourth successor of Sant Bhai Feru Singh Ji. Maharaja Ranjit Singh visited this Gurudwara in 1814. He attached four villages with the Gurudwara in the year of 1823. The gurudwara was restored by Mahant Bachitar Singh Ji. On every Sunday a congregation is held in Gurudwara, which is attended by a large number of people. Every year, on the eve of Baisakhi, a function is held in the premises of the Gurudwara.
 

Behramgala is a village situated at an elevation of 8600 ft on Rattan Peak in the district of Poonch. Behramgala is a small plateau surrounded by mountains and forests. It is near the confluence of Parnai and Thata Pani Streams which further add to its otherwise scenic and natural beauty. It is about 40 kms from Poonch town.
 

Dehra-Gali is a beautiful spot located at a distance of around 45 kms from the town of Poonch. It is one of the famous tourist attractions, which is located at an elevation of 6300 ft. Tourists prefer visiting here because of its nice weather and natural surroundings including, thick forests and an amazing view of nearby peaks.
 

Loran, a small hamlet situated at a distance of around 35 kms from Poonch is a famous tourist destination. The beautiful village stands at the foothill of Pir Panjal Mountains and Loran Stream flows through the place making it more attractive. Till 1542, Loran was the capital of Poonch under Hindu rulers and was popularly known as Loran-Kote. Tourists can find the ruins of an old fort called Lohar Kote Fort here. At one point of time, this fort was once popular as the ‘Gateway of Kashmir’.
