A National Musical Fair held annually during the last week of December at Devi Talab about 11.2 kms from the railway station. This Sammelan was started by Baba Harballabh in memory of his Guru Swami Tulja Giri in 1875 and is still going strong even after 130 years. Shree Baba Harballabh Sangeet Sammelan is the oldest festival of Indian Classical Music in the world. The best of the country's exponents of instrumental and vocal classical music gather here for the Sammelan. People look forward to attend this rare gathering of musicians. Mahatma Gandhi had attended this fair in 1929. It is one of the premier musical fairs in North India. The Government of India has recognized this festival as one of the National Festivals of Music.
