Remarkably stylish and extremely well equipped International Convention Centre is Birmingham's most ambitious meeting venue hosts more than 350 different events each year. On the west side of Centenary Square is the ICC, a sleek and modern complex that fits the ambitions of the UK's second fastest growing city. Especially large for a downtown conference centre, the ICC boasts world class facilities that make it an emblem of choice for the city of Birmingham, whose official motto is ‘Before’. Guests can explore 0.7 acres of meeting space including 10 halls and 10 executive meeting rooms. The first event at the ICC was an annual conference of the British Association of Small Animal Veterinarians in 1991. Since then the centre has grown hosting major events and conferences of the main British national parties.
