Learn about the riches of the natural world from prehistory to modern times at State Darwin Museum. With more than a century long history the museum celebrates the work of Charles Darwin by displaying and explaining the results of evolution on a multitude of species. See the recreated and taxidermy animals from around the world, visit the collection of living insects or explore the interactive database of bird songs. The museum building is wheel chair accessible and includes cafes and a gift shop where one can buy souvenirs. Taking photos and videos inside the museum is allowed, but it has to be paid for a photography license in addition to the admission fee.
