Consider the castle is located on the banks of Upper Lake in Bhopal, it is considered a grand palace. The Castle was built by Gohar Begum who was the city's first female ruler. The palace was built in 1820 and under his protection after its creation is considered the supreme example of the architecture. The building is a mix of Hindu and Mughal architecture. It is pathetic that now is not able to maintain the kind of castle. Maintenance waste is being lost due to its elegance and luxury. From the past, the palace Bhopal is one of the important historical buildings and by the state government moved to restore its glory and splendour so that it is re-raised before glow.
