Burude Falls gets its name from the word Burude which means skull in Kannada. The falls are on Siddapur Kamta Road. The best time to visit the falls is during winter and early summer. There is a small creek through which a tourist can trek to reach the falls during summer. The tourists can sit and enjoy the gushing sound and splashing water forming mist around the falls.
